Dressed in black leotards, leggings and very high heels, 10 single ladies learnt the choreography from the Beyonce song.  There was grinding, strutting and lots of hair flicking!  By the end of the session they had a complete routine that they performed like true professionals!  Beyonce and backing dancers... you have competition!
